• Technical logs (limited). Like many online services, our servers may create short-lived technical records needed for reliability and security (such as error diagnostics). These are not used for advertising profiles.

We use information only to operate VidCaption: to authenticate you, generate captions from your uploads, maintain your account and plan, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations where required.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Uploaded media used only for processing is deleted promptly after processing, as stated above. Account-related records (such as sign-in identifiers or billing-related fields required by your plan) may be kept only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, or resolve disputes.

When data is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or anonymize it where feasible.
