Important Credit & Expiry Policy
Unused credits do not roll over. If you do not use your credits within the billing cycle month, they will reset to 0 upon expiration.
If you buy or upgrade a plan while having active credits, your existing credits will remain intact and the new credits will be added on top. Your plan time will also be extended (current remaining days + new plan's 1 month).
1 credit = 1 minute of processed audio (rounded up). Each translation run costs 2 credits. Free plan includes up to 5 translation runs/month. Credits refresh on the 1st of each month.
